Our practice is registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Commercial Registration No. 2150 dated 01/23/2023.
Our practice is among the very few offices and companies of chartered accountants and consultants in the Republic of Yemen and operates from the capital, Aden.

Mahmoud is the liaison partner and will have the overall responsibility for managing the relationship with the client. He will take responsibility for all the services we provide. His expertise will help the client meet the unprecedented challenges and opportunities of modern business. Mahmoud is a member of the Certified Public Accountant in the Republic of Yemen and a member of YACPA as well as a member of SOCPA. He has more than 25 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and zakat/tax. His experience is in diverse sectors, particularly construction, manufacturing, banking/insurance, family business, and hospitality/healthcare sectors.

He holds a CertIFR certificate from the Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACCA) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Yemen. He has 14 years of experience in audit assurance services. Prior to that, he was a Manager in one of the Big firms in Audit Assurance Services for 10 years in Yemen.

Mahmoud is the Director of Management Consulting and will work with the consulting team to coordinate advisory work in the field of management, change management and digital transformation. His experience will support the client to address the client's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to develop client’s capabilities. He has more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation and management consulting by working in several international companies, such as the headquarter of Unilever in London, where he was the manager for digital transformation and artificial intelligence unit. He also worked as an engagement manager in Samsung SDS consulting department, where he managed several projects for clients such as BP and the national health service. He also worked with Strategic Gears in Riyadh as an engagement manager for several projects related to Vision 2030 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Leeds in the UK and a Master in Artificial Intelligence from the University of York in the UK.

He has more than 10 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity assurance and strategy consulting by working in international environment, such as the KPMG office in Riyadh, where he managed several projects for clients in Financial Sector, Government Sector, Semi-Government Sector, and Non-Profit Organizations Sector. He also worked for several projects related to Vision 2030 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has a bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering from the University of Aden in Yemen.
